Corporate Finance in Practice: Valuation Using Spreadsheets
This two day programme gives you a practical hands-on understanding of financial management and financial value creation. You will learn how to value and identify profitable investment opportunities and create shareholder value. You will apply the theory of corporate finance to analyse capital budgeting problems using a variety of techniques, assess the merits of different techniques for different problems and situations. You will learn how to create a spreadsheet to carry out such analysis. The same principles will then be used to illustrate how to assess the value of value firms, either as a going-concern, listed or private or in the context of an acquisition.
