Opleiding: Human Resource Management (CIDP Accreditated), PGDip
Learning purpose
Our flagship Human Resource Management CIPD-accredited postgraduate diploma is ideal for professionals who require CIPD accreditation but don't require an MA.
This course is identical to the MA Human Resource Management, except you do not complete the dissertation.
This flagship CIPD-accredited course meets the needs of those wanting a career in HR, as well as busy professionals already working in the field. Available full time or part time, it is taught by some of the UK’s top HRM academics and provides opportunities to study a wide range of human resource management topics.
You will be introduced to the tools and techniques of human resource management with a UK context, and then specialise by choosing options that allow you to explore issues that are either generalisable best practice or are focused on more specific areas of study reflecting expertise within the department of HRM and beyond (for example Law).
*In addition to the general masters programme, if you are wishing to specialise further you may take modules that allow you to grraduate with a named exit award in one of the following:

Entry Requirements
For the PG Dip Human Resource Management we normally require a second class honours degree or above, or an overseas equivalent qualification. Your first degree doesn't have to be in business. Applicants without a degree who have practical experience in personnel work will also be considered, but you will need to demonstrate your ability on the basis on courses already attended, references supplied, a 2,000-word essay and an interview. Part time students should be currently employed or have past experience in posts with significant personnel-related responsibilities.
International entry requirements
We accept the equivalent of the above from a recognised overseas university, to find out more about the requirements from your country, see further information under support in your country.
