Learning purpose
Promoting female entrepreneurship in developing countries is crucial in the fight against poverty. Our interactive program acquaints you with the main approaches for policy, program and project interventions in developing female entrepreneurship. We give you insight into the fundamentals of business development and market access for female entrepreneurs, providing you with examples of best practice in the management of gender-based entrepreneurship development policies. Being familiar with the main concepts of entrepreneurship and business management for women, you will be in a position to give female entrepreneurs the guidance and support they need.
Target audience
The program is designed for:
- - Policy and program managers involved in private sector development of (non-) governmental development agencies
- - Business support advisors, project managers and trainers with intermediary organizations
Entry Requirements
Candidates applying for an MSM Executive Program should meet the following criteria:
- - Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- - Have at least 6 years of professional experience, at least 3 of which have been in a position relevant to the participant's profile for the
- specific executive program
- - As all our Executive courses are taught in English, it is very important that the candidates have an adequate level of spoken and written English
- - Applicants whose native language is not English or whose previous education has been in a language other than English, must submit evidence
- of proficiency in the English language by achieving the following scores:
IELTS at least 6.5
or
TOEFL paper based: at least 570
TOEFL computer based test: at least 230
TOEFL internet based: at least 88.
