Opleiding: The Consulting Process
Learning purpose
This highly interactive program is based on the Five Step Model of Consulting - Entry, Diagnosis, Planning & Implementation, Evaluation and Termination. We train you in consultancy ethics, as well as showing you how to increase your overall personal effectiveness as a consultant and how to manage and market your own consultancy firm. By the end of the program, you will be a more effective and successful consultant who can make a real impact on organizations.

The program is designed for:
- - Professional consultants
- - Executives or civil servants operating in an advisory capacity within their organization
Entry Requirements
Candidates applying for an MSM Executive Program should meet the following criteria:
- - Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- - Have at least 6 years of professional experience, at least 3 of which have been in a position relevant to the participant's profile for the
- specific executive program
- - As all our Executive courses are taught in English, it is very important that the candidates have an adequate level of spoken and written English
- - Applicants whose native language is not English or whose previous education has been in a language other than English, must submit evidence
- of proficiency in the English language by achieving the following scores:
IELTS at least 6.5
or
TOEFL paper based: at least 570
TOEFL computer based test: at least 230
TOEFL internet based: at least 88.
