Learning purpose
Success in today’s global business climate demands highly specialized global business managers. Rapid contemporary changes in economic policies and structures, including the globalization of industries and markets, are driving countries, organizations and individuals toward the search for a competitive edge. It is managerial capability that may prove to be the most critical building stone for the competitive edge of tomorrow. Executives who are fulfilling a managerial task, or who are performing a managerial role in our business structure today, will require a broad mix of skills that may differ considerably from traditional wisdom. Without these skills they may not be able to either gain or maintain the competitive advantage essential for success.

Target audience
The Executive MBA Programs offered at MSM are designed specifically for middle management executives, the self-employed, and the aspiring consultants in general management who have full-time job responsibilities, and therefore cannot afford to attend classes on a full-time basis.
Entry Requirements
Admission to the MSM Executive MBA Program takes place on a competitive basis. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (HBO in the Netherlands) or its professional equivalent. Proficiency in English is absolutely essential. Preference will be given to applicants with at least five years managerial experiece. To apply, candidates should submit a completed application form, copies of academic transcrips, two letters of reference, and an application fee.
