Learning purpose
Our interactive teaching approach trains you in the fundamentals, concepts and trends of ICT and E-Government. You learn about the current opportunities and strategies for E-Government The program shows you how to implement and maintain the E-Government platform and also deals with the legal, cultural and ethical issues surrounding E-Government.
You develop the leadership skills and the understanding of the technology, organizational and policy issues related to E-Government required to improve the performance of your organization and to involve everyone in this process.

- - Senior executives and officials with an interest in policy making, public sector management and performance, ICT or related areas
- - Management consultants
- - ICT specialists
- - Researchers and teachers in areas related to E-Government
Entry Requirements
Candidates applying for an MSM Executive Program should meet the following criteria:
- - Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- - Have at least 6 years of professional experience, at least 3 of which have been in a position relevant to the participant's profile for the
- specific executive program
- - As all our Executive courses are taught in English, it is very important that the candidates have an adequate level of spoken and written English
- - Applicants whose native language is not English or whose previous education has been in a language other than English, must submit evidence
- of proficiency in the English language by achieving the following scores:
IELTS at least 6.5
or
TOEFL paper based: at least 570
TOEFL computer based test: at least 230
TOEFL internet based: at least 88.
