Opleiding: High-Potential Leaders Program
Learning purpose
High-Potential Leaders Program (HPLP) Blended is a unique international learning experience that provides participants with the knowledge and frameworks needed to create value within their organizations and successfully face higher levels of management responsibility in their immediate future by presenting them with a global overview of critical business fundamentals.
HPLP Blended has specifically been designed to prepare participants to be more effective leaders and team players in today’s highly competitive, global business setting. During the program, participants will share with other talented executives from different industries, cultures and organizational backgrounds, providing a valuable learning experience to manage professional relationships in multi-cultural and diverse working environments.
The program structure combines a 10-week online period during which participants will be exposed to core Management and Leadership Skills. They will then apply the acquired know-how to their organizations by developing a corporate business plan project. The topic of the business plan will need to be agreed upon and supervised by their superiors and program faculty.
The online module will then be followed by a 3-day residential period where participants will harness the acquired learnings and present the results of their corporate business plans to their peers and professors.
Target audience
HPLP Blended candidates are executives who are in the early stages of their careers and recently have, or are about to take on, more responsibility within their organization. They have been recognized by their companies as high-potential individuals who are driven to succeed. Candidates must have minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. In HPLP they will embark in a journey of greater self-awareness, effective decision-making and strategic understanding.
