Opleiding: Coaching for Results
Learning purpose
Managing the team relationship, but also your 1:1 relationship with each individual is the most important factor to achieve the best performance from all of your subordinates. Each person has singular strengths, areas of development, experiences, fears, ideas… so the way you deal with each individual cannot be the same. The coaching relationship between two or more people must be very strong and collaborative so that each ‘coachee’ experiences significant improvement in their performance and effectiveness. Coaching for Results is an intensive three-day international executive program that guides executives to focus on developing subordinates' skills and performance, maximizing their human potential in their professional areas and beyond, by training observation, active listening, communication and feedback skills to escalate individual capacities and results. Throughout this program you will develop skills to:
Target audience
Individuals responsible for managing, developing, coaching or leading others. Managers who want to invest time effectively to help their collaborators develop themselves in a structured way.
CEO's
Managing Directors
Senior and General Managers
Divisional and Functional Managers
Business Development Professionals
Human Resource Department Heads
