Overview
The Cross MBA is offered in collaboration with US partner Nichols College (NC), offering both European and American graduate degrees in one program.
The format of the program combines classroom and online learning that allows participants to balance between the pursuit of an MBA and full-time employment. The program is designed for demanding executives looking for an intensive, comprehensive update of their advanced skills and knowledge as well as networking opportunities with similarly successful professionals.
The Cross MBA curriculum covers all main functional areas of business and consists of 15 courses, 10 of which are provided by NC faculty flying in to Europe and 5 by EU Europe and Asia faculty. Therefore, the program provides a truly global perspective to the topical issues in business and economics today.
Benefits
An online learning option brings a new dimension of accessibility to the EU MBA experience and makes the program even more convenient to fit around a career. To have both European and American MBA qualifications is highly desirable to employers, and subtle differences in perspective between US and European business models can only enhance the value of an international learning process.
Programme
Each of the 15 courses is completed in 1 month, with 18 hours of on-site seminars provided during 1 weekend per month. To prepare for these seminars, participants are supported by 6 hours online/distance learning before the seminar and 6 hours online/distance learning as a follow-up to the seminar. As such, the Cross MBA is completed in 15 months.
