Learning purpose

TTo gain "insights" on the changes in the environment to transform them into competitive strategies.

Target audience

Executives with at least 15 years of experience, a large amount of responsibility within their companies, a high level of commitment to their organisations, and a desire for personal development as executives, who wish to take their training to a higher level by complementing their prior management training with the knowledge and specific competencies of general management. Participants must have a good level of business English in order to properly follow the sessions and fit in with the international focus of the programme.
