Courses from Business School Netherlands:
Business School Netherlands
University of Applied SciencesExecutive Education Programmes

Following the successful development of our MBA programmes, Business School Netherlands soon became established as the leading provider of MBAs within the Netherlands. Action Learning means a practical approach, to every day solutions. The cyclical process involves diagnosing a problem, writing a plan of action, implementing the plan, then taking time to reflect upon the situation - this is where the real learning takes place. As the European Affiliate to the World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL), we have set our sights on creating a global village of Action Learning executives.
Our expanded portfolio of English language executive level programmes means that business managers can get on with the practicalities of honing their skills on the job instead of learning just the theories in the classroom.
These programmes are offered as in-company training programmes. A minimum of 20 participants per set is required to ensure group diversity. These courses were specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of those in a supervisory role, management trainees and middle managers within organisations. The benefit to the organisation is that we can tailor these programmes to meet the demands of a personnel development programme, expand the mind set of key personnel and maintain staff motivation.

Management Development Programme (MDP)
As the business environment continually changes, organisations need to stay ahead of the game. If organisations do not learn faster than the prevailing rate of change, their survival can be jeopardised! This understanding has led to the concept of the "learning organisation", which can be summarised quite simply as the ability to learn from the past, to apply what has been learnt in the present and to think ahead into the future always combining explicit and tacit knowledge of the particular organisation.
The MDP is a bridging course in Management Theories, designed in helping managers to start creating a learning organisation. All the MDP workshops are aimed at confronting the student with the fast-changing business environment and the implications of these changes for the organisation. After a general introduction to the subject of the workshop, specific attention is given to the latest trends in that realm, which influence and affect all organisations. Duration is approximately 6 months.
