The Immersion Project is the meeting point of knowledge, skills and practice. Pursuing our 10-year tradition of the Field Study Projects, where students undertake a company-sponsored project in teams, the Immersion Project broadens the scope of this capstone and credit-awarding activity of our MBA. Through the immersion project, students significantly reinforce the learning- and career-enhancing outcomes of their studies. Students are the actors of forming their Immersion Project, and five different options are available: the Field Study Project (FSP), an International Internship, Entrepreneurial Project,CSR Action and Personal Project

Professional perspective and employment market
Our graduates are highly sought as executives and managers in the job market. Employers tell us that they value MBA International graduates for their strategic thinking, breadth of core competencies, and ability to hit the ground running in any industry. According to our statistics, 50% of our graduates seeking employment have offers 3 months before graduating, while 95% of them get a job offer within 3 months after graduation, and the ones who return to their previous employer achieve a significant advance in their career. It is not by accident that one of our graduates, 5 years after graduation, is a Vice President of Citibank in London, while another in 3 years is a Vice President of a leading bank in Turkey. Yet, another one in 4 years is the Country Manager of Alfa Laval AB in Greece, and another one in 6 years is the CEO for Australia of PZ Cussons. Our graduates work for companies that include some of the top international banks, top consulting companies, leading technology companies, or other world leaders in food, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc. Others who have taken the entrepreneurial route have distinguished themselves by successfully launching a business of their own.
