Learning purpose
By the end of this programme, you will:
- have gained an in-depth understanding of Virtual Action Learning (what is unique about this form of learning, where it is different and where similar to face-to-face Action Learning)
- have learned how to encourage intimacy and trust in the virtual space
- understand the concept of ‘presence’ in the virtual space and know how to establish your own presence
- be able to assess and increase your own impact in the virtual space
- understand and be able to work effectively with the dynamics of virtual groups
- have developed robust facilitation skills for Virtual Action Learning.

Entry Requirements
University degree desirable, 5 years work experience, good GMAT score, TOEFL IBT 100+
