By the end of this programme, you will:

• have learned how to encourage intimacy and trust in the virtual space
• understand the concept of ‘presence’ in the virtual space and know how to establish your own presence
• be able to assess and increase your own impact in the virtual space

• have developed robust facilitation skills for Virtual Action Learning.

Entry Requirements

University degree desirable, 5 years work experience, good GMAT score, TOEFL IBT 100+
