Target audience
You are likely to be an experienced functional specialist with a move into general management and business leadership on the near horizon. Successful in your current role, you will be honest enough with yourself to know that your future will involve dealing with complex situations involving organisational, commercial, cultural and interpersonal issues.
Programme
